Soup: Chilled corn soup ( A refreshing chilled soup with grilled corn, cherry tomatoes, Thai basil & marinated mussels)
Appetizer: Beef empanadas (a savory pastry filled with braised beef, cheese, potatoes and egg)
Main: Trucha a la Parrilla (marinated trout on a bed of vibrant mixed greens with roasted and grilled baby potatoes, pickled red onions & Meyer lemon vinaigrette)
