Chrissy has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from the University of Mary Washington and is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor managing a team of fitness instructors. Fitness classes include Core Strength and Flexibility, various forms of Yoga including Hot Yoga, Aqua Zumba, Dance Aerobics, Pilates, Total Body Conditioning, Tabata, PITAIYO, Pilates and Zumba. Chrissy is available for personal and small group training upon request. She also offers an independent training program where she first assesses the client's mobility and stability for golf, pinpointing any limitations that will affect swing; then forms a personalized training program that a client will conduct on his or her own with follow-ups every 4-6 weeks.
Chrissy also has the capability for 3D motion imaging for Kinematic sequence analysis to determine proper energy transfer from the body to the club; and 2D swing analysis to identify any of the 12 most common swing characteristics, as identified by the Titleist Performance Institute.
