Our Fitness Director is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and UMW graduate with years of experience training people and athletes of all ages and fitness levels. She is well qualified and experienced in the following areas: personal fitness programming, athletic conditioning, group training, weight loss coaching, and nutrition counseling.
