Group Classes

FCC Fitness Membership for unlimited classes: Per Month: $65 Single, $95 Family 

Total Body Conditioning: Total body strength development with cardio intervals to give you a well-balanced strength and cardio workout. Modifications for all levels will be provided. 


Freedom Barre: Freedom Barre brings together the intensity of a group exercise class with the grace and power of ballet! No tutus here, but plenty of muscle. Freedom Barre combines the three key elements you need for a fully toned and balanced body: strength, balance, and flexibility. Beginner or experienced, you will love the results, starting with your very first class! 


GOLFJoy™ Phase I (Stability and Flexibility): This class will train our bodies to move better specifically for the golf swing, with a major focus on building and reinforcing a strong foundation of mobile and stable joints. This is the foundation on which we will build proper strength, speed, and power in the future. Using functional movements of the golf swing, exercises, and flexibility training; we will increase muscular flexibility, lower body stability, strength, endurance, and balance specifically to help you swing the golf club with greater ease and less pain and fatigue. Tabata: A 30 minute, high intensity interval class combining functional strength, power, and cardio exercises. 

Yoga - Vinyasa Power Flow: Vinyasa style yoga with an emphasis on connecting mind, body and breath. Power flow will engage all parts of the body at a pace that encourages students to tie on breathe in coordination with one movement. This class will allow students to feel all the benefits of yoga: relief of muscle tension, high blood pressure and stress, while enjoying an inventive workout that's sure to make you sweat. 


Yoga - Restorative Hatha: Hatha yoga allows students to spend a longer period in each pose, reaching the full extent of each posture and remaining there for 5-10 breaths. Restorative Hatha will move through a series of isometric poses that allow the body to relax and unwind, relieve stress, and gain renewed energy.
